Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of federal contracts from initiation to closeout.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation), and company policies.
- Prepare, review, and process contract documents, amendments, and modifications with high accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of contract status, deliverables, and compliance documentation.
- Communicate effectively with government stakeholders, clients, and internal team members to resolve issues.
- Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new federal contracts.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to meet federal government security requirements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred; high school diploma with significant experience considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contract administration, federal contracting, or a related administrative role.
- Clearance: Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearance.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and contract management software.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
