Responsibilities
- Manage and track federal contract deliverables and compliance requirements with precision.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to identify project needs and provide technical solutions.
- Maintain strict adherence to federal regulations, security protocols, and agency guidelines.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and documentation for senior leadership and auditors.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and federal clients to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on deliverables to ensure 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal contracting, government administration, or related defense sector roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field; or equivalent military service/technical certification.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with government contract management software (e.g., SAP, Deltek).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Colorado Springs, CO, or hybrid if applicable.
