Responsibilities
- Manage federal procurement documentation (SF-269, SF-272, etc.)
- Ensure FAR/DFARS compliance for all contract deliverables
- Coordinate with GSA Schedule managers for contract modifications
- Conduct cost analysis and pricing negotiations with federal buyers
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for DOD and civilian agencies
- Support proposal development for competitive federal bids
- Track contract milestones and deliverable deadlines
- Collaborate with legal teams on contract disputes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years federal contract administration experience
- CPCM or DAWIA Level II certification preferred
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and SAM.gov systems
- Expert knowledge of FAR Part 15 and acquisition regulations
- Strong analytical skills for cost/price analysis
- Ability to obtain and maintain NACI clearance
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy
