Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of federal contract proposals, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations.
- Conduct market research and analyze contract opportunities to identify growth areas.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare technical and pricing proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of all contract documents, amendments, and compliance reports.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Facilitate communication between federal clients and internal project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in federal contracting or government operations.
- Strong working knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and procurement processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and contract management software.
