Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts, including pre-award and post-award activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and internal policies.
- Liaise effectively with government clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and review complex contract proposals, statements of work, and pricing documents.
- Monitor contract performance and resolve any compliance or delivery issues.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and update contract management plans accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal contract management or procurement.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
- Deep understanding of government contracting laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical and financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
