Responsibilities
- Manage federal procurement processes and contract negotiations for GSA Schedule compliance
- Monitor contract deliverables and ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS regulations
- Coordinate with federal agency stakeholders and prime contractors
- Prepare monthly performance reports and financial documentation
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for contract execution
- Maintain accurate contract files in FPDS-NG system
- Support subcontractor vetting and compliance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal contract management experience
- Active DOD Secret security clearance required
- CPCM or FCAP certification preferred
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and SAM.gov systems
- Expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work with diverse federal agency stakeholders
