Responsibilities
- Review and analyze federal contracts to ensure full compliance with all regulations and agency policies.
- Prepare and submit contract modifications, amendments, and renewals in a timely manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all contract-related inquiries from government stakeholders.
- Monitor contract performance metrics and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract files and documentation systems.
- Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to resolve contract disputes and payment issues.
- Stay updated on changes in federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and implement necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in government contracting, federal procurement, or contract administration.
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- U.S. Citizenship required for clearance eligibility.
