Responsibilities
- Manage full contract lifecycle from RFP submission to closeout for federal agency clients
- Ensure strict compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DFARS guidelines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and government stakeholders
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for multi-million dollar government contracts
- Prepare and negotiate contract modifications, renewals, and termination documents
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and compliance audits for assigned contracts
- Maintain accurate documentation in FPDS-NG and other federal reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of federal contracting experience with FAR/DFARS compliance
- Active DOD Secret clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
- CPCM or FCAP certification preferred
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and SAM.gov systems
- Experience with GSA Schedule contracts and IDIQ vehicles
- Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote-hybrid environment
