Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure compliance with all federal safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment and vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to pass a federal background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and paperwork.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
