Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and enforce facility regulations during weekend shifts
- Conduct routine security checks and perimeter patrols
- Respond to emergencies and incidents per federal protocols
- Maintain accurate incident reports and documentation
- Operate security systems including access control and surveillance
- Coordinate with federal agencies during joint operations
- Enforce disciplinary measures and rehabilitation programs
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid driver's license
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance
- Successfully pass background investigation and polygraph
- Physical fitness certification (PEP test)
- First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire
- Previous security/law enforcement experience preferred
