Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming calls, emails, and written correspondence from federal agency clients and constituents.
- Assist applicants with forms, applications, and eligibility requirements for federal programs.
- Update and maintain accurate, confidential records in government databases and filing systems.
- Research and resolve complex inquiries regarding federal regulations, benefits, and procedures.
- Collaborate with case managers and federal officers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere strictly to OPM (Office of Personnel Management) guidelines and agency protocols.
- Perform data entry and generate weekly reports on service statistics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or government contracting.
- Strong knowledge of federal government processes and public service standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and federal case management software.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check and obtain required security clearance.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
