Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to federal agency personnel and the public via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process incoming inquiries, applications, and documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations and agency protocols.
- Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen (required for federal positions).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Background: Ability to pass a federal background check and security clearance process.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
