Responsibilities
- Conduct real-time threat monitoring and incident response for federal networks
- Implement NIST cybersecurity frameworks across classified and unclassified systems
- Lead penetration testing and vulnerability assessments of government infrastructure
- Collaborate with FBI and DHS intelligence units on threat intelligence analysis
- Develop incident response protocols and disaster recovery plans
- Maintain SCADA and ICS security protocols for critical infrastructure
- Provide cybersecurity training to federal employees
- Ensure compliance with FISMA and CUI regulations
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in federal cybersecurity roles
- Certification in CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and network security
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux hardening
- Knowledge of COBIT and ITIL frameworks
- Ability to obtain DHS Suitability clearance
