- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling tools
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for federal agency stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure all data handling complies with FISMA, FedRAMP, and federal privacy regulations
- Present complex findings to senior government officials through executive-level briefings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data governance frameworks
- Conduct data quality audits and implement corrective actions for federal compliance
- Support continuous improvement of data analytics workflows using Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in federal government data analysis or contracting environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and statistical analysis tools
- Expert knowledge of federal data compliance standards (FISMA, FedRAMP, HIPAA)
- Advanced data visualization skills with Tableau or Power BI
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience with federal reporting systems (e.g., MAX, FPDS-NG)
- Certification in data governance (e.g., CDMP) or federal contracting preferred
