Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement

- Create compelling visualizations and reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (HIPAA, FISMA, 21 CFR Part 11) and implement robust data governance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable recommendations
- Support federal program evaluations through statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
- Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations in comprehensive technical reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis with demonstrated work in regulated environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Expertise in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Familiarity with federal healthcare data systems (Medicare, Medicaid claims data)
