Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale federal datasets to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop complex data models and interactive visualization dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau/PowerBI.
- Collaborate closely with government stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and strategic opportunities.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data security standards and privacy regulations (FISMA).
- Document data processes and create technical guides for internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or government contracting sector.
- Active Security Clearance (Public Trust or Secret) is required.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong understanding of data governance, ETL processes, and warehousing concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting.
