Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and predictive insights
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for real-time reporting and visualization
- Prepare comprehensive briefings and visualizations for senior federal leadership
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Implement statistical models to support risk assessment and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal data systems
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and R programming
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
