Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakebriefings
- Ensure all data handling complies with FISMA, HIPAA, and 21 CFR Part 11
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on data integration projects
- Document data lineage and maintain audit trails for regulatory compliance
- Present findings to senior officials with clear, data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal data analysis and reporting
- Expertise in SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation
- Certification in federal data security protocols (e.g., CMMC)
- Proficiency with DoD or agency-specific data systems (e.g., DCII, DAWIA)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools
