Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets using advanced SQL and Python tools
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for leadership reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (NIST 800-53)

- Present findings to senior officials through executive briefings
- Maintain data integrity across multiple classified systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal data systems or DoD analytics
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Tableau
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Familiarity with HIPAA/FERPA compliance requirements
- Experience with geospatial data analysis (GIS/QGIS)
- Strong problem-solving skills for ambiguous data scenarios
