Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to standardize data governance frameworks
- Present findings to Congressional committees and federal leadership
- Lead process improvements for federal data collection systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years federal government data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SAS, SPSS, or equivalent statistical software
- Active Secret security clearance
- Familiarity with OMB and HHS reporting requirements
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for policy audiences
