Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive leadership using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal security protocols (NIST, FISMA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and policy development
- Prepare comprehensive reports and briefings for federal stakeholders and congressional committees
- Implement data governance frameworks and quality assurance processes
- Stay current with evolving federal data regulations and analytical best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in federal data analysis or government contracting
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Certification in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) or federal security protocols
- Strong understanding of federal data regulations (HIPAA, FOIA, Privacy Act)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (required)
