- Validate data integrity using SQL, Python, and SAS for federal submissions
- Create interactive dashboards for leadership using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven initiatives
- Document all processes per federal audit requirements
- Present findings to stakeholders through executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in federal data analysis roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical modeling
- Expertise in healthcare data standards (HIPAA, HL7)
- Familiarity with federal reporting frameworks (OMB, HHS)
- Tableau/Power BI certification preferred
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
