Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and predictive patterns for defense intelligence
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R for real-time reporting
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive briefings
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality control and adherence to federal security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to support national security initiatives and compliance audits
- Document methodologies and findings in compliance with federal data governance standards
- Present analytical results to senior leadership through concise, data-driven briefings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with large datasets (500K+ records)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling techniques
- Familiarity with federal data security standards (NIST, FISMA) and compliance protocols
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Active U.S. government security clearance eligibility (ability to obtain Secret clearance)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
