- Develop automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau for federal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, VA regulations, and federal data security protocols
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive briefings and data visualizations
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure and accessibility
- Lead data quality audits and implement corrective action plans
- Maintain documentation of data methodologies and compliance procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
