Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal/government data systems and compliance protocols
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Tableau/Power BI certification and dashboard development experience
