Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to generate actionable intelligence
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for agency leadership using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (NIST, FISMA) and privacy regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into policy recommendations
- Automate data workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy of reporting processes
- Present findings to stakeholders through executive briefings and technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal government data analysis projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and experimental design
- Familiarity with federal data standards and reporting requirements
- Proven track record of delivering high-stakes analytical products on deadline
