Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret federal datasets to ensure compliance with OMB and agency reporting standards
- Develop automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Power BI
- Validate data integrity across multiple federal systems (e.g., CMS, HUD, EPA)
- Prepare quarterly compliance reports for state and federal oversight bodies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal compliance data analysis
