Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R
- Prepare detailed reports and visualizations for senior leadership and congressional briefings
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, NIST)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging data trends
- Document analytical methodologies and maintain audit-ready data trails

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal data analysis environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance
- Familiarity with federal reporting requirements (e.g., OMB, GAO)
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling
