Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of data analysis experience with federal/government data
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Strong knowledge of federal data regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, 24 CFR)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
- Certification in data analytics or federal compliance (e.g., CDMP, CISSP)
