Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and anomalies
- Generate automated reports and visualizations using Tableau for senior leadership review
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data security protocols (NIST 800-53)
- Collaborate with OMB and agency partners on data integration initiatives
- Document data methodologies and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Support ad-hoc requests during fiscal reporting cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and Tableau
- Familiarity with federal data governance frameworks (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in high-stakes environments
