Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling tools
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with federal compliance requirements
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise executive summaries and presentations
- Maintain strict adherence to data security protocols and privacy regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of federal data regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, FOIA)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in data analytics or relevant domain (e.g., CDMP, SAS) preferred
- Active DOE Q or L security clearance eligibility
