Responsibilities
- Analyze federal healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders and congressional reports
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FISMA, and federal data privacy regulations
- Collaborate with epidemiologists and policy analysts to support public health programs
- Automate data pipelines using AWS Glue and Redshift for real-time reporting
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear visualizations and executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in federal or government data analysis
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau skills with federal reporting experience
- Deep knowledge of healthcare datasets (HCUP, NHANES, MEPS)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes (FAR/DFARS)
