We're seeking a Federal Data Analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable intelligence for federal initiatives. You'll work with classified and unclassified data to support homeland security operations while maintaining strict compliance with federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale datasets to identify security trends and patterns
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive briefings
- Ensure compliance with FISMA, HIPAA, and other federal data standards
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on joint security operations
- Create automated reporting pipelines for real-time decision support
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of federal data analysis experience with security clearance
- Expertise in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling (R/SAS)
- Deep knowledge of federal data governance frameworks
- Proven experience with ETL processes and data warehousing
- Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance
