Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, HIPAA, FOIA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Create detailed documentation for data processes, methodologies, and findings
- Present analytical results to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports
- Stay current with evolving federal data regulations and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably with federal/government data
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with federal data compliance requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
