Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret federal healthcare datasets using SQL, R, or Python
- Generate weekly performance dashboards for VA leadership review
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and federal data security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data trends
- Document data processing methodologies and maintain audit trails
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders through visual reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data systems (VA, CMS, or DoD preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance
- Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)
- Strong understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements
