Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations and security protocols (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST).
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to define data requirements and refine analytical models.
- Write clear, concise technical documentation and reports to support decision-making processes.
- Perform statistical analysis to support mission-critical programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification in SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance (or the ability to obtain one) is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal or defense sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and federal data standards.
