Responsibilities

- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for agency leadership and congressional reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, HIPAA where applicable)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven policy recommendations
- Document methodologies and maintain reproducible analysis pipelines
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data systems and reporting requirements
