Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to support agency objectives
- Develop automated data pipelines ensuring FISMA compliance and data integrity
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements for federal projects
- Present findings to senior stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports
- Maintain documentation of methodologies and compliance protocols
- Stay current on federal data regulations (e.g., CUI, PII handling)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal data analysis or government contracting
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical analysis
- Strong knowledge of federal data standards and security protocols
- Tableau/Power BI certification or demonstrable dashboard development experience
- Ability to manage deadlines in a flexible work environment
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
