Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and patterns
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Present findings through concise reports and briefings to senior leadership
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for real-time processing
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests during critical operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal compliance knowledge
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Experience with geospatial data analysis (GIS) is highly desirable
