Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to support program evaluation and decision-making.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data security protocols and compliance standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and briefings for senior leadership and government stakeholders.
- Conduct statistical analysis to assess program efficacy and predict future trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a federal or government contracting environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik).
- Strong understanding of federal reporting standards and data governance principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a suitable security clearance (if required).
