Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for agency stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Prepare comprehensive reports for congressional briefings and policy recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data collection methodologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal or government datasets

- Certification in federal security protocols (e.g., CompTIA Security+)
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
