Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to support federal program evaluation and policy recommendations
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (HIPAA, FISMA, 21st Century Cures Act)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on public health initiatives
- Present findings to congressional stakeholders and agency leadership
- Maintain data integrity across CMS and CDC systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Statistics, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal healthcare data systems (Medicare/Medicaid)
- Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas) and statistical modeling
- Active federal security clearance or ability to obtain
- Experience with federal reporting requirements (OMB, GAO)
- Strong communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
