Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Management: Design, maintain, and optimize federal data warehouses and databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical modeling and trend analysis to support federal program evaluation and policy development.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop high-level executive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI, translating complex data into clear, compelling visual narratives.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all data processing adheres to strict federal compliance standards, including OMB guidelines and FedRAMP security protocols.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts to identify data requirements and deliver actionable intelligence.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in data workflows and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience analyzing federal or government-related data.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or R).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Security: Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance (or equivalent) is a plus.
- Flexibility: Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule and work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
