Responsibilities
- Analyze and visualize sensitive federal datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Develop automated reporting systems for real-time intelligence dissemination
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data privacy regulations (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to align analytics with strategic objectives
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive dashboards and briefings
- Implement data quality frameworks for federal compliance standards
- Lead ad-hoc investigations using advanced statistical modeling techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal/government data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance
- Deep knowledge of federal data governance frameworks
- Experience with AWS/GCP cloud data platforms
- Certification in CISSP or CISA highly desirable
- Strong written/verbal communication for policy-level reporting
