Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex federal datasets to support policy development and operational efficiency.
- Design and maintain interactive data visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or D3.js to present findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data compliance standards, including FedRAMP and NIST frameworks.

- Perform statistical modeling and predictive analysis to forecast trends and outcomes.
- Generate comprehensive reports and documentation for federal clients and internal leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal data analysis or a related government contracting role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced data analysis and statistical modeling for federal government projects.
