Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to derive actionable insights and support mission-critical decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and secure data models and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data privacy regulations, including FISMA compliance and NIST standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure high-quality data integrity.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and data governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of data governance, security protocols, and federal compliance standards.
