Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex federal datasets to support high-level decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to define data requirements and establish rigorous reporting standards.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and strict compliance with federal regulations, OMB guidelines, and security protocols.
- Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for significant process improvement.
- Create comprehensive reports and executive presentations that translate technical findings into strategic action plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data pipelines and analytical methodologies for audit purposes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or public sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Ability to obtain or possess a Federal Government security clearance (e.g., Secret or Top Secret).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
