Responsibilities
- Collect, cleanse, and validate federal government data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal standards.
- Design and develop complex data models and statistical analyses to support critical agency reporting and strategic initiatives.
- Build interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with program managers to identify data gaps and optimize data collection workflows.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal security protocols, FISMA regulations, and data privacy laws.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to address urgent client requests and provide timely recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense sector.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation, querying, and statistical analysis.
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) is required.
- Strong understanding of federal compliance frameworks and data governance best practices.
