Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale federal datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for reporting.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Prepare comprehensive executive summaries and technical briefings for government stakeholders.
- Ensure all data processing activities comply with federal regulations, privacy laws, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize database structures and improve data retrieval processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI.
- Deep understanding of federal data standards (e.g., DFARS, FISMA) and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
