Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and validate large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and SAS.
- Develop interactive dashboards and executive summaries using Tableau and Power BI.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data privacy standards and OMB Circular A-123 regulations.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting metrics.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, methodologies, and technical specifications.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or a government contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Strong understanding of federal data governance and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
